Using The Quotation Screen
Summary:
The quotation screen shows all of the open and expired shipment quotes, allowing users to convert quotes to shipments or edit and cancel existing quotes.
Quick Tips:
- To show expired quotes, select the Show Expired Quotes checkbox
Entering A Quote
Entering a quote is the same as entering a shipment. For more information on entering a shipment click Here.
Converting A Quote To A Shipment
- Edit the quote.
- Click the CONVERT TO LIVE SHIPMENT link.
- Verify the information and click Save.
Canceling A Quote
- Edit the quote.
- Navigate to the Other Info tab.
- Check the Cancel Shipment box.
- Click Save.
Quotation Reports
There are two quotation reports available: the Autho Sheet in the Shipment Reports and the Quote History in the Management Gallery. For more information click Here.
