EDI Service Management

 

Summary:
The EDI Status screen allows for the viewing of the EDI logs, monthly EDI status, and cached outbound messages.

Accessing The Screen:

  • Select Process -> EDI Services -> EDI Status

EDI Status Basics:

Users can utilize the information in the logs to confirm messages were sent or to get details about a failed message. Unsent outbound messages can be canceled and the current monthly EDI status can be viewed from this screen.

EDI Status Messages:

By default, only error messages will show in the management screen. To view all messages for the last two days, select the SHOW ALL MESSAGES checkbox in the EDI Status Messages section.

EDI Outbound Transmissions:

Unsent outbound messages can be viewed and canceled. To cancel a message:

  1. Click CANCEL on the message to be removed.
  2. Click YES when asked to confirm.
