Shipment Status
Status Definitions
- Alerted: Shipment is entered into the system (Every shipment has this status initially).
- Dispatched: The driver has been sent for the shipment (Pickup).
- Recovered: The driver has picked up the shipment (Pickup).
- Transferred: The shipment has been transferred to the carrier (Pickup).
- Appointment: The time the shipment is due to be delivered (Delivery).
- On Hand: The shipment is on hand and is available for delivery (Delivery, Misc, Transfer).
- Out For Delivery: The shipment is on a truck and on the way to its destination (Delivery).
- POD: The shipment has been delivered and the signer date, time, and name have been recorded (Delivery, Misc).
- Transferred: The shipment move is complete and signer information has been entered (Transfer).
Status Workflow
Pickup:
- (ALT) = Alerted
- (DSP) = Dispatched
- (RCV) = Recovered
- (XFR) = Transferred
Delivery:
- (ALT) = Alerted
- (APPT) = Appointment
- (OH) = On Hand
- (OFD) = Out For Delivery
- (POD) = Delivery POD
Door to Door & Pickup/Delivery:
- (ALT) = Alerted
- (DSP) = Dispatched
- (RCV) = Recovered
- (APPT) = Appointment
- (OH) = On Hand
- (OFD) = Out For Delivery
- (POD) = Delivery POD
Transfer:
- (ALT) = Alerted
- (OH) = On Hand
- (XFR) = Transferred
Misc:
- (ALT) = Alerted
