Active View Setup

Accessing the Active Views:

• Select Data Setup -> Active Views
• Click the edit link next to the screen or view you would like to edit.

Your choices are Dispatch, Inbound, Outbound, Review, and Search:

• Dispatch is a general view. This view can be used for looking at inbound and outbound freight
• Inbound is a view that shows all freight however shows columns that would pertain to deliveries more.
• Outbound is a view that shows all freight however shows columns that would pertain to pickups more.
• Review is the visible columns for the review screen.
• Search is the visible columns for the search screen.

Option Selections:

• Available: Show the columns that are available to be added to the dispatch screen or review screen.
• Selected: Show the columns that will show on the dispatch or review screen.
  • Select the columns from the right or left and click the arrows to move the columns to or from the available or selected sides.
  • To move your columns in order from left to right first shown to last. Click the up and down arrows after clicking on a column to move.

Note: When completed with your selections click the save button. No changes are saved until then.
