Accessing The Screen:

Summary:
Invoices and the backing paperwork can be printed out for individual invoices or several invoices at a time.

General Instructions:

Please note paperwork for any shipment will not be available to print until after the export has been completed. Please refer to the Billing Export section of the help page for assistance, if needed.
All shipments that the user wishes to print or email should be selected prior to clicking the print or email button.
The user can utilize the Include Printed Documents checkbox filter to show shipments with paperwork that has already been printed or emailed.
Once backup paperwork has been printed or emailed they will disappear from the list unless the Include Printed Documents filter is being used.

Notes:

The abilty to print backing paperwork is only available to customers with Document Imaging.
