Invoice Emailing

 

Overview:

The option to email invoices from Crown Express enables the user to save paper and postage and have the invoice and backing paperwork sent directly to the customer.

Accessing the Email Settings Screens:

  • Select Data Setup -> Company Setup -> Company Options -> Company Email Settings

Setup:

  • Enter the corresponding POP and SMTP settings for the account to be used for sending email and click the SAVE button.
  • Note: The Email Address on the General tab of the Company Setup screen is used for the return address when sending email.
