Search Screen
Accessing The Search Screen:
- Select Search from the main menu
Quick Tips:

There are three search types available:
- SHIPMENT SEARCH - Searches available shipments.
- QUOTES - Searches open and expired quotes.
- CANCELED SHIPMENTS - Searches shipments that have been canceled.

There are serveral available search filters:
- HAWB, MAWB, Ref#, Invoice Number, Ship ID, Shipper Name, Shipper City, Cons Name, Cons City
- Customer Name
- Driver Name
- Service Date Range

Customize the data viewed on the screen by changing the settings for Search in the Active Views.
- Note: For more detailed information, see the Active Views section of the help screen.

In order for a search option to be included, its checkbox must be selected.
- Note: The checkbox will be selected automatically when search options are updated.
- The same reports available from the Dispatch screen are available on the Search screen.
- A search can be initiated by hitting the ENTER key after selecting the search filters.
