Driver Settlement

Processing Driver Settlements:

• Select Process -> Settlements

Summary:
The Driver Settlement screen provides access to manage and print driver settlements and reports.

To process the driver settlements:

• Set the search options:
  • Terminal
  • Date Range
  • Driver Name
  • Customer
  • View: Unposted Settlements, All Settlements, Posted Settlements Only
• Verify the settlements.
• Click the Print button and print out the driver settlements to pay the drivers.

Note: The options on the management screen automatically carry over to the report screen.

To add an adjustment for the driver's settlement:

• Click the Add Free Settlement button.
• Set the driver and other information.
• Save the adjustment and continue processing the settlements.

Note: The adjustment is not attached to any customers or shipments, it is only for the driver.

To post driver settlements:

• Click the Post Settlement button.
• Set the Search Options:
  • Terminal
  • Service Date Range
  • Driver Name
  • Customer Name
  • View Options
• Select the settlements to be posted.
• Click the Post Selected Settlements button.
• Finally, confirm the posting process on the next screen.

Note: Only settlements that are on posted shipments are available for posting.

Note: The posting process is final. Once a settlement has been posted, it cannot be edited or unposted.
