Automatically Calculating Mileage

In order to automatically calculate mileage in Crown Express, there are a few conditions that must be met.

• The tariff being used must be a tariff that uses mileage to rate.
• The mileage counter must be set to zero.
• There has to be an address in both the shipper and consignee fields.

If all three of these conditions are met, when calculating the shipment it will auto-calculate the miles.

Note: If the address is changed, and the mileage needs to be recalculated, the mileage counter must be reset to zero.
