Release Notes

1. Added more color codes for pickups and deliveries.
2. Added the ability to automatically print out a pickup card when a new shipment is saved. This feature can be turned on from the Company Setup screen.
3. Split up the Hide Recovered/ (OH) On Hand filter check boxes on the dispatch screen into two separate check boxes.
4. Added the ability to change the date for other charges entered and to be reflected on a driver settlement.
5. Added 2 new ways to search in the shipment search engine. You can now search by consignee city and shipper city.
6. Added the ability in the billing screen to rate multiple shipments using the aggregate weight.
7. Added a warning for when a customer is over the set credit limit. It will warn the user a new shipment will not save because the set credit limit has been exceeded.
8. Added the ship id on a pick up card print out.
9. Allow the Goto function when doing a search to bring you to the shipment anywhere in the system.
10. Added fields to the pick up card. The fields added are the DIMS flag, service type, entered by and the contact info.
11. Added the appointment time to the dispatch grid.
12. Added a new surcharge type called Pier Charges so that Pier charges can be entered.

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.2.0.2.

1. Added breakdowns for Fuel, Special and base charges to the Settlement Detail Reports.
2. Added an instance count to the EDI Status Report.
3. Added a stop count to the Revenue Summary by Area report.
4. Added the Revenue by Service Type Report.
5. Now able to see the (OH) on hand status on the Delivery Manifest Report.
6. We now have a Pier Charge Summary Report. This report allows a user to see pier charges for a selected date range. This report can be run by the shipment completed date or invoice date.
7. On the Driver Revenue report you now have the option to print one driver per sheet.

Following is a list of issues that have been addressed in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.2.0.2.

1. Fixed the SMTP port in the pager service feature to allow it to go higher than 1000.
2. Fixed the grouping issue on an EDI Status Report.
3. When going to a customer with no invoices the Journal # will now change to say, "Journal #: No invoice selected".
4. Added contact information for Crown Data Systems to the about screen.
5. When using the search screen and selecting print the contents of the grid you will now see the pickups and deliveries grouped. The total amount will now reflect the shipment amount and not double the amount.
6. You will not receive a run time error anymore on the charges tab when entering a shipment and using other charges.
7. Discounts are now hooked up to all rate types.
8. The zone table will now change to the appropriate table when switching and selecting customers in the shipment information screen.
9. The Dim weight will now be calculated into a door to door shipment.
10. Invoice comments will now save when scheduling a recurring shipment.
11. Switching from a FAK delivery to a Door to Door move will now update the rate type on the general tab.
12. The Pickup and Delivery service date on the shipment information screen will now show a 2 digit date.
13. The effective date on a fuel surcharge when no calcing a shipment will now pull in the percentage that was in effect at the time of service.
