Following is a list of features added to current version Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.17. Included with the list of new features is a brief description of each.

  1. Added the Ability to set the POD for Multiple shipments from Dispatch.
  2. When Crown Freight Manager 5 is launched it will now remember the last user logged in.
  3. Added an option to be able to edit a shipment in the context menu on the dispatch screen.
  4. You can now double click on a shipment from the dispatch screen and it will bring it up so it can be edited.
  5. You now have the ability to assign more than one customer to a surcharge by creating sub-accounts in the customer set up screen.
  6. Added back the ability to add/lookup mileage from dispatch.
  7. When adding a shipment to an existing invoice, the system will warn the user if Billing Completion Requirements are not met.

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.17.

  1. Added weight breakdowns to revenue summary by area.

Following is a list of issues that have been addressed in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.17.

  1. When you click on the time stamp button it will now put focus back on the time field so that it can be edited if needed.
  2. The COD and FCCOD fields on the shipment info screen now displays the currency amounts as dollars and cents.
  3. If you attempt to delete an invoice and it fails because shipments exist, the batch button will now function properly.
  4. If you are entering a second shipment a message box now appears telling you to save your first shipment if your first shipment has been altered.
  5. When opening a second shipment from the search screen the first shipment will no longer close if the first shipment was not saved.
