Release Notes

Following is a list of features added to current version Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.14. Included with the list of new features is a brief description of each.

1. Separate settlement percentages for Pickup and Delivery have been added to the Driver Settlement Options.
2. To facilitate the settlement setup process, copy buttons to copy settlement information from pickup to delivery or from delivery to pickup have been added to the Driver Settlement Options screen.
3. A section to add POD information to a Line Haul and a Misc shipment has been added to the Shipment Information Screen.
4. Misc Shipments can now be viewed and updated from the Shipment Review screen.
5. Support for multiple email addresses has been added to all the report galleries.
6. When on the Driver Settlement screen, settlements can be double-clicked to be edited.
7. The HAWB field has been expanded to 25 characters.
8. The ability to add surcharges to a Misc shipment or a line haul only has been built into to charges tab of the Shipment Information screen.
9. Total pieces and weight have been added to the Shipment Review screen.
10. The ability to add a fuel surcharge to an accessorial charge has been added as an option to the Surcharge Information screen.
11. Free settlements can now be attached to a shipment in the Other Charges screen.
12. A Post Process screen has been added into the Manage Settlements screen, allowing for the processing of driver incentives, as well as insurance deductions.
13. The ability to search for an invoice by Journal Number has been added to the Billing screen. (CTRL-I)

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.14.

1. The Detailed Payment History report now has the Bill# in the HAWB column, rather than the letters HAWB.
2. MAWB has been added to the Open Invoice Detail report.
3. The ability to send reports to multiple email address from within CFM5 has been added to all the reports galleries.
4. The option to email has been built into the Quickprint Options.
5. Customer ID has been added to the Payment Journal.
6. The credit memo has been update with invoice total, invoice balance, and shipment balance.
7. A Half Sheet airbill with charges has been added in place of the Airbill Sheet when there is no Dot Matrix printer present.

Following is a list of issues that have been addressed in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.14.

1. An issue resulting in a Type Mismatch error when adding a new invoice from the Move Shipments screen has been corrected.
2. The message asking to clear the information from the delivery that comes up when switching to any move type has been corrected.
3. The issue involving the line haul fuel surcharges not respecting the appropriate terminal has been addressed.
4. The Manage Settlement screen is now properly applying limits to the posted shipments.
5. The expiration date system in CFM5 is now functioning in a more realistic manner.
6. Updating the shipment via the Status screen, and right-click options on the dispatch screen now updates the last edit user, date, and time information on the shipment.
7. The weight - based minis in FAK rating are now changing buckets according to the system specs.
8. The focus when switching tabs on the Shipment Information screen now goes to the Default Address button or some other useful field.
9. The city and state are no longer transferred to the wrong address when using matrix rating.
10. The drivers are now being correctly set when being selected with the arrow keys.
