Following is a list of features added to current version Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.13. Included with the list of new features is a brief description of each.

  1. A Quick Search option has been added to the Payments screen.
  2. A column showing state has been added to all the customer searches and drop-downs.
  3. A Quick Rate button has been added to the NoCalc screen on the Shipment Information screen.
  4. The ability to send a message to all users has been added to the Messaging System.
  5. The Imaging System now automatically checks the scan cabinet size and creates a new one as needed.
  6. The Quick Search on the Dispatch screen now notifies the user when the exact search criteria are not found.
  7. The Quick Search on the Review screen now notifies the user when nothing on the screen matches any of the given criteria.
  8. The ability to set a default dispatch station has been added to the Customer screen.
  9. The Email field on the Customer screen has been expanded to 500 characters to accommodate multiple email addresses.
  10. An option to deny edit privileges for a shipment that is on a printed invoice has been added to the security groups.

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.13.

  1. Customer ID has been added to the account aging report.
  2. The ability to print an entire sheet of labels for one customer has been added to the Customer Labels report.
  3. A Billing Verification report has been added to the Send to Billing screen.

Following is a list of issues that have been addressed in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.13.

  1. The error caused by placing invalid characters in an employees name has been corrected. The name fields now accept only alphanumeric characters.
  2. The bulk selection screen now maintains the previous selection when canceling the update procedure.
  3. The issue caused by selecting a blank service level on the Shipment Information screen has now been corrected.
  4. The Drivers screen now prompts to save changes when updating the Vehicle Type.
  5. When switching to Pickup on the Shipment Information screen, the focus of the screen now goes to the Default Address button.
  6. The POD Signer has been added to the tab order on the Shipment Information screen.
  7. The tab order on the Shipment Information screen has been adjusted to flow from Surcharges to the Date fields.
  8. The Invoice Number field on the Shipment Viewer screen now reads Not Invoiced when the shipment has not yet been invoiced.
  9. The issue where a shipment on the Shipment Review screen remained highlighted even when the completion criteria had changed has been addressed.
  10. A paging error caused by the Paging screen being closed prematurely has been addressed.
  11. When selecting No when prompted about a duplicate bill number, the Bill Number field blanks to allow the user the option of canceling the shipment.
