Following is a list of features added to current version Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.12. Included with the list of new features is a brief description of each.

  1. The driver has been set to clear from a shipment when it is Rebilled.
  2. The ability to add a driver settlement to a posted shipment with no settled driver has been added into the settlement system.
  3. The Reference # field can now be edited in the Review screen grid.
  4. The name column in the customer drop down list of the Billing screen has been expanded to show more of the customer name.
  5. A blank Dispatch From field on the Shipment screen is now filled in with the customer's default terminal.
  6. Customers on the lists in the report galleries are now filtered by terminal.
  7. The ability to add the bill number to the Pager message has been added in the Pager Setup screen.
  8. An option to filter by dollar amount has been added to the Settlement screen.
  9. A Refresh button has been added to the Billing screen.
  10. A message center option, which allows users to message one another through CFM5 and alerts them to important system messages, has been placed on the Toolbar.

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.12.

  1. The Date field has been expanded on the Customer List report.
  2. The ability to include posted data has been added to the Daily Log report in the Dispatch Print Gallery.
  3. The POD report has been adjusted to run faster on older sets of data.
  4. Posted shipments have been included in the Charge Breakdown report.
  5. Sales Analysis and Day to Day Summary reports are no longer showing deleted shipments.

Following is a list of issues that have been addressed in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.12.

  1. The fuel surcharge has been set to save in a date format rather than a date/time format.
  2. The issue resulting from saving a customer with less than 3 letters in the name has been resolved.
  3. The fuel surcharge displayed on the charges screen now updates when the shipment has been NoCalced.
  4. An issue related to the customer information button in the print galleries has been corrected and now the customer contact information screen is available.
  5. The Shipment Review screen now saves the column and sort setting upon exit.
  6. The shipment addresses have been set to respect the ALL terminal designation.
  7. Misc shipments now show in the Search screen when doing a search by date.
  8. The error caused by changing Move Types then hitting NoCalc has been corrected on the Shipment Information screen.
  9. An issue resulting from clearing drivers from a route that has an excessively long name has been corrected under Dispatch Action on the Dispatch screen.
  10. The Color Coding option of the Dispatch screen has been adjusted to function as designed.
