Following is a list of features added to current version Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.10. Included with the list of new features is a brief description of each.

  1. Marking a shipment OFD now changes the service date to match the OFD date.
  2. Deadlines respect service date when they are entered.
  3. Menu items for accessing the search screen have been added to the main screens.
  4. A section has been added to user preferences to designate which email client is to be used when sending reports.
  5. An option to unpost invoices has been added to the invoice information screen.

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.10.

  1. A Surcharge Detail report by Type/Customer has been added to the Management Print Gallery.
  2. A Driver Outbound Manifest has been added to the Dispatch Print Gallery.
  3. A Surcharge Summary report has been added to the Management Print Gallery.
  4. A General Ledger Codes report has been added to the GL Accounts screen under Company Setup.
  5. An area option has been added to the Income Analysis report in the Management Print Gallery.

Following is a list of issues that have been addressed in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to version 5.1.0.10.

  1. The Dispatch screen will now stay maximized when the Shipment Information screen is open.
  2. The issue resulting in the Shipment Completion screen being cleared when the last shipment is deleted has been addressed.
  3. The Other Charges from shipments are now being included in the calculations for the General Ledger report.
  4. Require Carrier customer completion requirement has been integrated into the rest of the system.
  5. The issue caused by saving a shipment with no service date has been addressed.
  6. The issue pertaining to empty fields in the Direct Email Settings causing the software to freeze, has been addressed and now sends through the default mail client.
