Following is a list of features added to current version Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to Quarter 4 2008 Version 5.9. Included with the list of new features is a brief description of each:
Added new events to the shipment change log on a shipment. Logs have been added for MDU changes from a driver. Also enhanced the shipment change log to record more events. Events such as OH and OFD are now marked in the change log.
Crown can now automatically mark the shipment OFD or Dispatched, when selecting a driver from right click.
You can now send a shipment to MDU through bulk select and choose one drivers name.
Added the ability to bulk select multiple shipments and mark Transfer/Sweep driver through right click on the dispatch screen.*
You can now see when a customer was entered. This will show on the Other Tab in the driver file.
When releasing shipments to billing you can now select a company/cost center.
When you print batch invoices. You can now select a company/cost center on the batch process.
When batch printing you can now select a company/cost center.
You can now choose to require a route selection on entry for PU/DEL.
You can also choose to require a customer contact be entered on entry for a PU/DEL.
Added ability to POD a transfer to carrier date/time and a signer on the phone.
You can now require the PW check box be required to invoice for linehaul/misc shipments.
Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to Quarter 4 2008 Version 5.9:
Added a service date selector to the OSD report in dispatch reports.
Added an area at the top of the Driver Stop List report for the driver to record fuel consumption.
We have modified the dock check report to show On Hand and On Hold shipments. Or you can just show On Hand Shipments.
On the Delivery Receipt you have the option to see your company name below the customer's name. This can be implemented by calling us at 716-651-0977.
The service date will now appear on the Airport Sweep report.
Added dim weight and authos fields to the BVR report.
