Added a quote system to be able to mark entered shipments as a quote only.*
You can now document multiple reference numbers on a shipment.*
The ability to see and restore a deleted shipment if needed.*
Added a low EDI point notification system. This will allow a user to be notified when EDI points are low on login.*
In Version 5.9.4 the feature was added to put a hold on the entire shipment rather than the separate moves.

Following is a list of features added to current version Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to Quarter 4 2009 Version 5.10. Included with the list of new features is a brief description of each:

Added a sort option to the mileage lookup screen. Sorts can be done on the “From” or “To” columns.
Changed the Trailer field so a user can choose from the list or type in free form trailer number on the shipment.
Added a search option by Airline Routing.
You can now search for the Shipper or Consignee zip codes.
Added a “Security Threat Assessment” field. This information will also print on driver information reports.
The review screen now has a column showing the dim weight of a shipment.

Following is a list of reports that have been added or expanded in the current version of Crown Freight Manager 5 in the update to Quarter 4 2009 Version 5.10:

Added to the customer list report in excel format is the default dim factor for the customer.
Added to the routing sheet is the pickup and delivery airline routing information.
Added a Freight Arrival and Notice report. This report can be found on the shipment information screen only when you click on the printer to run a report.
When E-Mailing an Authorization Sheet the subject line will now show the HAWB.
When E-Mailing an invoice the invoice number will now appear in the subject line.
