Since Crown Data System's first installation in 1997, we have placed a high priority in listening to our customers and learning what it takes to keep a high level of satisfaction.

Installation Training

Professionals in our support department are there to help you will all aspects of preparing for your installation. With a knowledgeable staff experienced in the freight industry, we can help guide you on gathering the information needed to go live on new technologies. When first installing Crown Freight Manager, we set up the data for your company including customers, drivers, rates, and other information in advance of our visit to your facility. We work with you to cover all the aspects of the system, including your operating system and hardware, in preparation for training to go live.

Hotline Phone Support

Crown Freight Manager is very intuitive and does not require much assistance once you are running the system. A built in help-text allows you to quickly pull up information for most questions that come up. However, when you first convert to any new software program, you are going to have procedural questions and will want to work with a software company that is responsive to your requests. Our staff is available throughout the day to help with any questions you might have. You will also want to communicate with the support staff to better understand how to best utilize the technology for gaining a higher ROI.

Software Updates & New Releases

Crown Data Systems is continually striving to gain information from our customers in order to provide them with the best enhancements to Crown Freight Manager. Our programming staff has many years of experience in the transportation industry to ensure that the updates and new releases to our software provide you with a strong foundation for the future. The programming staff is continually working to integrate the latest data, document imaging and mapping technologies with Crown Freight Manager to further leverage your investment. There may even be circumstances in which we need to provide customers with custom changes that may be unique to the company.
